- In the original packaging where applicable
- Complete with all included accessories and parts

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the issue. This will help us investigate and resolve the problem.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will assess the return and process any eligible refund.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
